CCCEPA Pick Up Day!
CCCEPA will be offering a Pick Up Day on Thursday, August 13.
Pick up Dance Wear orders, Spirit Wear orders, Senior Swag Bags, and a CCCEPA logo mask (one for every student).
Pick Up Hours: 8 am to 12 pm and 4-6 pm
Pick Up Location: Mable House 5239 Floyd Road Mableton, Ga. 30126
Upper parking lot (see map for carpool route and PA pick up table)
Please do not get out of your car during pick up. Once you have your items we ask that you exit the facility. Please do not stay to socialize.
Don’t forget to visit the PHS pick up on the same day and time at The Village of Mableton Shopping Center, 5990 Mableton Parkway Mableton, Ga. 30126.There are school supplies allotted for every student attending PHS so don’t forget to pick yours up. School supplies include pens, pencils, markers and poster board!

Fall Plant Sales Have Begun!

CCCEPA Dance Wear Store Open Through 6/20
Dear CCCEPA Families,
The CCCEPA online Dancewear store is now open. Fall orders may be placed through our online store link at CCCEPA.com through June 20th.
If you are new to the program or new to dance at CCCEPA, a dancewear shopping list may be found at the online store link. At this time, I would suggest only ordering dancewear needed for daily classes. There will be an additional ordering period in October for items required for Fall Dance Concert. Should you have additional questions on sizing (beyond the sizing charts on the website) or what to order, please feel free to message me personally at mcinturffgirls@yahoo.com. Our local supplier, DanceMax, can also assist you with sizing and is currently stocked with our required, non-uniform items including socks, shoes, tights, dance belts, etc…
Items ordered during this ordering period will be available for pick up at PHS prior to the start of fall semester. This pick up typically occurs at the end of July, during Falcon Fly-by.
Please be aware that our PAPA supported CCCEPA Dancewear program functions as a convenience and ordering platform for our families. We are not a retailer. We do not typically carry any stock. We do not profit from dancewear sales. For those reasons, we typically maintain a no refund-no exchange policy. Due to current circumstances, however, we will honor necessary exchanges on the following ONLY: Women’s basic tank leotard, Men’s snug- fit dance tops, tights and bike shorts. The exchanges will be subject to availability. We will NOT honor exchanges or refunds on other leotard styles or any items ordered in children’s sizes.
